The NHL has announced that Game 3 of the Western Conference Final between the Dallas Stars and Colorado Avalanche will start at 8 p.m. CT on May 11. Game 3 of the series will be played at Ball Arena in Denver.
Stars Advance to Western Conference Final
The Dallas Stars advanced to the Western Conference final for the second year in a row with a 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues in Game 7 of their second-round series on Sunday. The Stars trailed 2-1 in the third period, but goals from Joel Kiviranta and Jamie Benn gave them the come-from-behind victory.
The Stars will now face the Colorado Avalanche in the Western Conference final. The Avalanche are the top seed in the Western Conference and have won their first two playoff series in five games each.
